DTG
DIRECT TO
GARMENT

(DTG) printing is a modern method of textile printing that involves applying ink directly onto fabric using specialized inkjet technology. Unlike traditional methods such as screen printing, which require creating screens for each color in the design, DTG printing allows for full-color designs to be transferred onto garments with high precision and detail. This process is particularly popular for printing complex designs, photographs, and intricate artwork onto garments like t-shirts, hoodies, and tote bags. DTG printing offers flexibility, fast turnaround times, and the ability to produce small batch orders economically, making it a preferred choice for custom apparel and personalized merchandise.

HTV
heat transfer vinyl

HTV printing is a popular method used to apply designs, logos, or text onto various fabrics such as T-shirts, bags, and hats. It involves cutting designs from sheets of vinyl material using a vinyl cutter, weeding out the excess vinyl, and then heat pressing the design onto the fabric using a heat press machine. The heat activates the adhesive on the vinyl, bonding it securely to the fabric. HTV printing offers versatility in design, durability, and the ability to create large single-color best suited for sports clothing with large letters and numbers designs.

can be used to layer up bright designs but is very time-consuming and can be costly.

SUBLIMATION

Sublimation printing is a versatile and innovative method of transferring images onto various materials, such as fabrics, ceramics, metals, and plastics. Unlike traditional printing techniques that lay a layer of ink on the surface, sublimation printing involves using heat to transfer dye directly into the material's fibers or coating.

The process begins by printing the desired image onto a special sublimation paper using sublimation inks. Then, the paper is placed onto the surface of the material to be printed, and both are subjected to high temperatures and pressure using a heat press. Under heat and pressure, the sublimation inks on the paper transform into a gas without passing through the liquid state. This gas penetrates the material's surface, where it solidifies and becomes part of the material itself, resulting in vibrant, durable, and long-lasting prints with excellent color accuracy and detail. FOR BEST RESULTS ON GARMENTS LIGHT 100% POLYESTER OR RECYCLED POLYESTER IS THE FABRIC.
