RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Oxon Workwear. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return label and instructions on how to send your items back to us.
Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
All sales of our printed and embroidered items are considered final. Regrettably, we cannot accept returns, nor do we offer refunds for these customized items.
